San Francisco Rave Flyers 1991-1993 Vol. 1

San Francisco Rave Flyers 1991-1993 is one part of a three-part series published by Colpa Press. An edition of fifty, it compiles rave flyers and promotional posters found throughout San Francisco in the early 1990s. Interestingly, the San Francisco iteration conveys a continued commitment to the hippie movement–many of the posters contain images of cartoon flowers, Hindi and Buddhist statuary, pot leaves, and rainbows.
